Job Description :

- Company is in the process of launching new division to manufacture a state of art electro-mechanical product for a multinational company. The product is highly sensitive to safety requirements of the OEM end product.

- The person would have to work from drawing release stage onward as project manager

- Develop the product/process over a period of 1 year, launch the manufacturing line, conduct validation and get customer approval.

- Head the manufacturing cell to do manufacturing activity

- Handle customer concerns and make necessary changes in process to deliver zero defect product.

- The candidate will have to select and train his team of for manufacturing, QA, After Sales Service, Procurement /stores.

Qualification and skills :

- BE/B.Tech Mechanical or electrical or double diploma in electrical +mechanical.

- Capability to have Good English communication with global customers, both written and verbal.

- Knowledge of local language preferable.

- Should be conversant with ERP system, MS Word, Excel, Project, Power-point etc.

Experience :

- Minimum 5 to 7 years experience in any of large electro-mechanical assemblies like Air Circuit Breakers/ Switch-gear/controllers/human Interface Controllers/combi-switches/machine building etc would be necessary.

- Good leadership qualities and experience in various disciplines like MFG, QA, Stores management, Manpower handling

- Salary would be commensurate with experience
