Job Description :
Working with consultant and Design Team at early stages of execution & making necessary changes to designs to suit the site conditions.
- Preparing & updating daily, weekly & monthly progress reports.
- Project actual cash flow preparation.
- Reviewing and recommending for approval of working drawings, cross sections provided by the consultant/client.
- Attending co-ordination & performance meetings with consultants and engineers
- Reviewing the project drawings, specifications, assure the structural and architectural applicability.
- Liaising with Contractor team at site for preparation of programs, procedures and method statements for construction activities.
- Monitoring of execution and co-ordination with the contractors for timely completion of project.
- Preparing & updating of pictorial progress of Building and Structure.
- Preparing schedules, schedule tracking at site, organization chart etc. Maintaining of all documentation as required by the company including all internal reporting.
- Any other task, as assigned by the office / site head.
- Certifying major contractors bills (Civil, Interior and MEP works)
- Review, negotiate & settlement of quantity variation & extra claims by vendors.
- Reporting variation and request for budget enhancement.
- Amendments to the order due to any variation/NT Items
- Co-ordination with Accounts for release of payment.
- Work out cash flow requirement
- Supervising the execution work of Civil works as per drawing
- In-charge of streamlining the execution of External Development works by Vendors
- Checking and ensuring proper tools/material have been used for the particular work. Cross checking with the drawing for derails.
- Ensuring all the works are followed as per approved methodology / Specifications
