Project Manager - Toll Road (15-25 yrs)
Indicative Requirement :
- Role involves heading an operational toll road project as a Project Manager
- 15-25 years of experience in road / infrastructure project construction and management during operations
- Familiarity with Madhya Pradesh State Highway concession framework
- Experience of providing timely information to and discussing the same with stakeholders of the project, especially lenders and shareholders investors
- Excellent relations with various external stakeholders viz. Government, Labour Commission, NGOs, local bodies among others
- Experience of managing workforce across toll plazas and resolving challenges that may be faced with regards the same including matters related to labour, locals, relevant authorities and road/highway development authorities
- Knowledge of statutory labour laws and proven experience of handling labour disputes Strong communication skills - oral and written
- Strong interpersonal & negotiation skills
- Degree or diploma in civil engineering and management would be preferred
- Position to be based in the State of Madhya Pradesh, in and around Bhopal
