PROJECT MANAGER


Basic Function:

Child Parts Localization / VAVE/ ECN-ECR Management using Project Management Tools & Techniques, Program Management, New Product Development using NPD /APQP Process, Hands on Experienced in Localization Process & Procedure, Define Project Milestones / Timelines, monitoring & Implementation for New Projects/Child parts localization/VAVE, ECN-ECR, Project Planning & execution

Position Accountabilities:

Responsible for child parts Localization / VAVE/ ECN-ECR Management using Project / Program Management tools & techniques, New Product Development / Localization Processes Adherence, Management Reviews for Child parts localization / ECR-ECR Management involving key Project stake holders for Cost down target achievement and Project Timeline adherence, Budgeting, monitoring for New Projects/Child parts Localization/VAVE, ECN-ECR Management plan vs actual, Project Planning & execution, Product Support, Feedback, PPAP closure and SOP

Functional Competencies:

- Child Parts Localization/VAVE/Cost Down Process & Procedures

- Localization/New Product Development Processes

- Understanding & fulfill Customer Requirement from Initial RFQ stage to SOP

- Project Timelines/Child parts localization schedule adherence

- Project/Program Management

- Responsible for Preparation/Weekly Reviews with HODs, Top Management / Directors

- Monitoring for New Projects/Child Parts Localization/VAVE Plan vs actual

- Customer Audits & Project Documents Preparation

- Co-ordination with Customer & Internal Team to resolve Conflicts

- Project Master Schedule Preparation, Adherence & Project Cost Monitoring

- Project Team Mentoring/Department System Audit Adherence & Skill enhancement
