Project Manager - Waste Management (5-18 yrs)
Location: Central Africa
Job Role Description: We are seeking an experienced project manager to oversee waste management activities and scrap collection services for our client.
The successful candidate will:
- Manage solids and liquid waste management activities
- Oversee scrap collection services
- Arrange logistics and manage human resources
Responsibilities:
- Manage project resources (manpower, tools, HEMM, logistics, and equipment)
- Prepare and submit weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports
- Ensure projects are completed within set timelines and budgets
Education and Qualifications:
- Background in engineering (mechanical/environmental preferred)
- Proficiency in MS Office, E-Mail/Outlook, and SAP/ERP systems
Experience:
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in waste management and project management
Skills:
- Strong organizational and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
