Project Manager - Wind Industry (10-25 yrs)
Requirements of the Job :
- Education - A bachelor's degree in engineering
- Field/Duration Of Experience - Minimum 10 years of experience in program management at an international firm (preferably at the management level)
- Certification - Licence Agile Production, preferably Program Management Certification (PMP), preferably APQP, VA 6.3 knowledge and certification
- Travel - Candidates must have no restrictions to travel domestically and internationally.

- To ensure that all kinds of requests from customers are followed up by department directors, to follow up the annual production plans of projects, to prepare high level project schedules,
- To follow up the financial status of these projects and report them to relevant persons, to measure the organizational performance within the project process, to ensure the coordination and adaptation of the dynamics of other disciplines in the blade production process according to the project program,
- To carry out customer relations as the primary contact on behalf of the company on the basis of the company principles and customer agreements, and to meet customer expectations.
