B. com and or related courses (ICWA)

Total Experience: 10-18 yrs

EXPERIENCE:

- Sound knowledge of construction material procurement

- Preparing and floating enquiries, Comparison Analysis, Rate Analysis, Negotiations, ABC Analysis, conclusion.

- Manage Material rate contracts.

- Imports, port clearing.

- Cost control/analysis and cost management.

- Knowledge of M.S. Office, SAP, E auctions.

- Vendor management.

- Manage procurement team.

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE:

- Exposure to construction materials- concept to completion for Civil Main Works

- Sound exposure over Tendering - preparation, floating, analysis, negotiation and conclusion. Preparation of BOQ's of various Items in line with Std Specifications, comparisons of Quotations along with adequate Rate Analysis. Negotiating abilities for the justification of costing and Contractual Terms & Conditions.

- Sound knowledge of construction materials, and current market rates of materials and labor.

- Co-ordination with other departments of Project Team, Vendors, Contractors and others for timely deliveries of the requisites.

- Multiple Tasking abilities under pressure

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Job would involve rate analysis, price negotiations and justifiable finalization of tenders, for Various construction

- Procurement of Civil and related items

- Accountable for tracking of various in-house supplies and Cash Flow of Suppliers, Contractors.

- Developing and maintaining healthy relationship with vendors.

- Co-ordination with all concerned Departments and Vendors.

- Finalization of rates for various other materials such as IT, Admin, Retail specific materials such as racks, Trolleys etc.
