Job Responsibilities :
- General Administration, Security, Maintaining Capital assets and entire Common area Facilities
- Property And Asset Management
- Designing and implementing SOP's & Maintenance schedules
- Maintaining Landscape, water bodies, Facade and Cladding
- Implementing Occupational Health Safety norms
- Operation & maintenance of Fire Fighting System, Plumbing System.
- Handling of Housekeeping and security services.
- Tracking civil snags and getting them closed
- Operation and Maintenance of HVAC
- Managing O&M of facilities within a region
