Property Manager - Handling residential personal properties of VIP
We are seeking a skilled Property Manager to oversee personal properties of the Chairman, manage commercial office spaces, and support CSR activities.
1. Personal Property Management - 80 to 85% of the role:
- Oversee maintenance and repairs for the Chairman's properties.
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors for property upkeep.
- Traveling in and around Mumbai to check the properties.
- MEP, Housekeeping, Budgeting, Vendor management.
2. Commercial Office Space Management:
- Manage daily operations and maintenance of office spaces.
- Collaborate with building management for facility improvements.
3. CSR Activities:
- Support CSR initiatives and company-sponsored events.
- Integrate CSR strategies into operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree - BE / B.Tech Diploma Engineering.
- Experience in property or facilities management.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software.
