Proposal Manager - Tendering - Civil (8-11 yrs)
- Preparation of tender for submission to clients for various projects, including preparation of quantity and price estimates through internal rate analysis and external quotes. Proficiency in studying and analysis tender documents. Develop good quality vendors for tender support.
- Update price information of raw materials as well as activities, coordinate with vendors during negotiations to arrive at the best effective bid prices for award of works.
- Preparation the scope document on basis of Business requirements and discussion with related stakeholders.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in tendering & estimation for EPC and Non-EPC projects
- Experience in Industrial, Real estate, Warehousing, ICD, Railway & Agri/Grain Silo Project preferred .
- B.E./B.Tech - Civil Engineering
