Purchase Engineer - Machine Equipments (2-5 yrs)
We are looking 3-5 years experienced male candidate for Purchase Engineer position. Candidate must have experience in procurement of Machine Equipment's.
1. Responsible for maintaining approved suppliers list and complying with limitations imposed on Suppliers
2. Planning of Purchasing activities based on To Do List
3. Responsible for consulting authorities while finalizing purchase orders
4. Communicating with Suppliers about requirements of Product or Services
5. Obtaining acknowledgement of Suppliers against PO issue to fulfill legal requirements
6. Verifying Indent/PO/BOM for any shortages and taking appropriate action
7. Accountable for proper supplier selection based on delivery & cost
8. Accountable for managing Purchasing upon revision of requirements
9. End to End procurement.
10. Negotiation with supplier in order to ensure best price.
11. Well versed with operation (Procurement, Order processing, Material Dispatch & (logistics/transportation).
12. Handles requests for information, quotations, proposals, and bidding processes.
13. Negotiates with suppliers to meet quality, delivery, and cost objectives.
14. Proven Work experience as a purchase engineer.
15. Understanding of market dynamics and sound business judgement.
16. Ability to negotiate and sustain networking relationships.
17. SAP-MM is added advantage.
