Purchase Executive (3-6 yrs)
We have urgent opening for Purchase Executive with an leading company
Qualification: Any Graduate
Location: Pune
Exp: 3 to 6 yrs
- Received Purchase Requisition (PR) as per the requirements of planning and production department and making necessary purchase process.
- On receipt of approved purchase requisition, material inquiry/requirement sending to respective suppliers.
- Received Quotation & Preparing comparative for different material with respective supplier.
- Negotiate the rates of materials and submit to the manager. Then release the purchase order to respective supplier.
- Preparing all material purchase order through Hi-Rise/Tall Purchase order send to Supplier & Follow up for order confirmation against our PO released.
- Follow up for dispatch of materials as per agreed delivery terms.
- Inspection of the materials along with inward documents like DC, Invoice
- Forwarding of necessary documents to finance division for payments process & Follow up for timely payment credit to vendors. (Bill Checking)
- Maintain all reports.
- Co-Ordination with client store, Project Engineers, Planning Dept.
