Job Description :
- Locate vendors of materials, equipment or supplies
- Invite quotations from vendors for analysis and negotiating prices with vendors
- Finalize vendors
- Assist in Procurement of raw materials / parts / new products /equipment as per the requirements
- Follow -up On -time Delivery of Materials procured
- Liaise with the accounts, project site department and other departments for their purchase needs
- He shall be responsible for ensuring daily preparation of purchase order (POs), GRN, MRN, purchase bill
- He shall be responsible for coordination between purchase and Accounts department (checking and payment of bills)
- Stock management / inventory /register management
- He shall be responsible for analysis of MIS report and prepare report for top management for review.
- Taking up the reports from the junior officer on daily / weekly / monthly basis
- Reporting to the HOD on daily /weekly /monthly basi
