Purchase Executive - Vendor Management (0-3 yrs)
JD :
- Basic Knowledge of the Machines-Engineering Background
- Understanding of machine drawings
- Good skills in establishing Purchase and vendor relationship
- Materials Sourcing Knowledge.
- Filing important documents and communicating relevant information
- Responsible for Inventory Control.
- Checking the physical stock of materials
- Experience in Stock Return or replacement
- Audit score of Stores / Documentation of stores, upkeep of various files / checklist
- Preparation of reports as and when required
- Preferably from engineering & manufacturing industry.
- Responsible for coordination with suppliers
- Plan and Execute the Purchase as per forecast
- Purchase order and Work order preparation
- Maintaining the existing vendors and developing new vendors for each product variants.
- Responsible for creating procurement plan and direct the procurement activities for efficient production operations.
- To develop, review and get approved purchasing procedures.
- To keep a track of critical material requirement and proactively plan & procure, based on consumption trend or schedule.
- Responsible for all product/material purchases meet defined quality.
QUALIFICATION : ANY DEGREE
EXPERIENCE : 0-3 YEARS
SALARY : 10000-15000
