Develop the drive the strategies for the Quality Management in the organization and Quality management services. To run and operationalize & run Quality Control processes.

- Includes identification of gaps and opportunities for quality interventions

- Plan and budget various quality activities initiatives and build the relationship with stakeholders /for management approval and for implementation and approval.

- Strategize and implement the CMMI/ ISO/ Security certification process in line with the business plan of the company.

- Starting from Defining process relating to Software Life Cycle (Development, Maintenance, Support) Project management, Quality Management, Training, HR and other functions as required.

- Conduct training on quality / processes / project management to build the skills of the QA team and Delivery team

- Make presentation to clients on process / quality and improvements in the organizations and maintain relationship with Client and manage client satisfaction.

- Build systems and process to predict / analyze to the design, implementation, execution, and maintenance of QA practices and procedures. Managing the team of QA personnel to achieve the objectives of QA and planning and delivering Training from time to time, as appropriate.

- Responsible for all aspects of assigned project from planning, execution, to final delivery. Manage and report status of assigned projects, with regard to coverage, bugs defects, scheduling schedule, risk, Cost and overall quality assessment.

- Innovate and implement global delivery model in line with the growth of the company.

- Manage and develop on and off-site teams as required from time to time.

- Hand on experience in implementing at least two to three full cycle certification process.

Knowledge and Skills :

Quality Models: Capability Maturity Model Integration - CMMI (at least level 3).

Quality Assurance: Internal Quality Audits. Process Assessments & Improvements. Statistical Process Control (SPC). Process Capability Baselines (PCBs). Root Cause analysis. Risk Analysis. Defect Prevention. Decision Analysis and Resolution (DAR).

Qualifications :

- Engineering/Technical Graduates

- Certified CMMI consultants
