QA Executive - Pharma Industry (4-8 yrs)
- To monitor basic IPQA activities like BMR, BPR, QC report etc. review and plant monitoring.
- To investigate the complaint / deviations / incidents investigation and to monitor effectiveness of CAPA proposed Change control handling.
- To maintain vendor qualification documentation and to conduct vendor audits.
- To perform internal audits at third party sites and other sites of the company.
- Quality control instrument & activities knowledge 21 CFR part 11 compliance and audit trials.
- To handle overall QMS activities.
- To identify gaps in the system, prepare SOPs and monitor effectiveness of implementation.
- To review equipment qualifications.
- To perform process validations.
- To monitor schedules of instrument calibrations
- Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, Food safety etc.
- Hands on documentation like Quality manual, site master file, food safety manual etc.
