Experience:

Proven experience in Testing of Control Panels (MCC, PCC, VFD Panels, PLC Panels, Embedded Control System)

Key Responsibilities:

- Testing and troubleshooting of Electrical/Electronic Control Panels (Starters, PLC Panels, Converters, Embedded Systems)

- Electronic/Electrical components and Switchgears Testing and in-process Assembly testing i.e. dimensional,

- Functional test, HV and Megger test, Temperature rise test, Endurance test, ESS Tests.

- Checking of Bill of Material, GA, Schematics and project documents.

- Preparation of Test Plan, Test Procedures, Work Instruction.

- Handle Naval QA agency inspections of Control panels and clear panels for dispatch,

- Interaction with Production, Design and R&D departments for solving testing / Quality issues

- Carry out and inward, in process and final testing and inspections and maintain its records

- Preparation of daily, weekly & monthly quality reports, display and distribution to plant level.

Skillset:

- Strong understanding of Electrical and Electronics components, materials and Industry standards.

- Candidate should have very good understanding of Electrical fundamentals.

- Knowledge of various Electrical testing tools is mandatory.

- Good Knowledge of defence standards like JSS55555, EMI/EMC standards.

- Ability to understand Electrical Drawings like Control wiring diagrams, Power wiring diagrams

- Familiarity with testing equipment's like megger, HV tester, power supplies

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities/projects.

- Strong understanding of Quality Management system.

- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

- Experience in Electronic/Electrical Control Panel Manufacturing industry preferred.

- Experience in Defence Company with above skillset will be an added advantage
