QC cum R&D Manager
- Establishing specifications, test methods, acceptance criteria for raw materials.
- Developments of new products/reworking of existing products to meet customers- requirements and expectations in liaison with Asst. General Manager.
Establishing specifications, test methods for finished products.
- Ensuring maintenance of test equipments and all laboratory equipments.
- Ensuring timely calibration of testing equipments in laboratory.
- Ensuring inventory of laboratory chemicals and procure the same as required.
- Assessing need for replacing old test machines with latest advanced machines, selection of the same; establishing the equipments when procured.
- Ensuring maintenance of infrastructure facilities in Laboratory.
- Liaison with DSOs/end users for technical problems, complaints.
- Implementing and maintaining records of the quality & Environmental management system in the Laboratory.
- Meeting Capital expenditure, Budget & adhering Operational expense budget of QA/ R & D.
Qualification: PHD in Polymer Chemistry
CTC : Upto 9 lakh
Candidate must have handled a team of people
