QC Executive - Electrical Engineering (5-8 yrs)
We are currently having an opening for the below:
Position : QC Executive
Location : Vasai E
Qualification:
- Degree or Diploma in Electronics engineering
- Degree or Diploma in Electrical engineering can also be considered.
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years for Diploma Engineer and 4 Years for Graduate Engineer in similar position in any electronics, electrical manufacturing industry.
- Experience in handling Customer/Third party inspections.
Salary: 4 LPA - 4.5 LPA
Responsibilities and Duties:
- On time submission of QC documents to the Customer
- Develop & Maintain test schedule & set up.
- Analysis of Non conformities by various methods - 7 QC Tools / 8 D etc.
- Develop & Maintain calibration & List of Equipments.
- Develop Test procedures/W.I. for IQC / In-Process / Final inspection.
- To Conduct Customer/Third Party inspection smoothly and prepare Reports as required in time.
- Proper and systematic Maintenance of Inspection Records in Hard as well as soft form
- To understand concept and prepare documents such as Quality Assurance Plan, List of Equipments, Compliance against Specification etc.
- Monitor the activities of Inspection team members.
- Monitor test result & verify record on sampling for testing of products.
- Coordinate with D & D and customer support (repairing) for CAPA.
- To coordinate for Customer audit as and when required.
- Good written and verbal communication.
- Able to work in a team
- In-depth understanding of all processes involved in manufacturing company
- Reading & understanding of customer's specifications.
- Understanding of material (Metal / Plastic / Electronics)
- Understand processes like Welding, Grinding, Winding, Fitting, Soldering, SMT and WAVE SOLDERING machine operation & Testing (Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical)
- Good understanding of QA / QC procedures & Sampling Plan.
- To understand and adopt knowledge quickly in new environment.
- Monitor at least 10 to 15 team members - for in-process quality/process monitoring.
- Liaison with third party test house for testing of Raw Material / Product.
- Liaison with external & internal agencies for Calibration of Equipments
