We have an Excellent Job Opening for Executive- QC Microbiology at Ankleshwar Location.

Company: well Known Pharma Formulation Company.

Designation: Executive- QC Microbiology

Qualification: M.Sc Microbiology

Exp: 3-5 years from Formulation.

Job Location: Ankleshwar.

Job Responsbility:

1. Microbial Analysis

1.1. Carry out microbial sampling & analysis for Raw Materials, Intermediates and Finished Products of Pharmaceuticals and Chemistry samples with accuracy.

1.2. Perform Bacterial Endotoxin [LAL] Tests.

1.3. Analysis for Process Validation, Cleaning Validation and Stability Samples

1.4. Microbial Monitoring of Controlled Area Environment for Pharmaceuticals, Chemistry and QC Microbiology

1.5. Microbial Analysis of Potable water, Process water and Purified Water System of Energies, Pharmaceuticals and Chemistry.

1.6. Trending and review of microbial results for MLT of starting materials, intermediates, Finished Products, Water and Controlled area for Pharmaceuticals and Chemistry.

1.7. Notify the system user / system owner / manufacturing, as the case may be, any OOS / OOT results.

1.8. Assist Manger Quality Control in Laboratory Investigation of OOS results.

2. Calibration & Performance Verification

2.1. Co ordinate qualification and validation activities of instruments and equipment

2.2. Perform Calibration of the equipments as per schedule.

2.3. Participate actively in area, system, equipment qualification and validation activities for microbiological aspects

3. Documentation

3.1. Maintenance and review of raw data related to microbiology laboratory operations including media preparation, sterilization, growth promotion tests, culture traceability / maintenance and microbial test conducted in the department

3.2. Preparation of SOPs, Formats, specification and related documents for QC Microbiology

3.3. Support to preparation of validation & qualification protocols & reports for Pharmaceuticals and Chemistry.

4. Other

4.1. Compliance to HSE Requirements for QC Microbiology

4.2. Identifying and correcting unsafe conditions or behaviors and promptly reporting other potentially hazardous situations.

4.3. Carrying out any other assignments or projects as per the instruction of the Dept. Head to meet with the organizational objectives and priorities.
