QikPod - Field Engineer - Installation/Maintenance/Repair (1-3 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Verify that the client site environment meets the requirements prior to installation or rollout.
- Install QikPod Locker as per the installation plan; certify that the installation or setup of the product meets our requirements.
- Provide installation, maintenance, repairs and up gradation on QikPod Lockers at various locations within an assigned territory/region.
- Understand and perform various client/customer Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirements and elevate or escalate issues when appropriate, according to established procedures.
- Analyze and resolve all technical problems of Lockers within assigned QikPod client accounts.
- Perform periodic preventive maintenance routines on QikPod Lockers and installs modifications to the equipment.
- Perform overhauls and maintenance repair as a matter of routine.
- May also perform required modular swaps and Locker replacements or perform preventative maintenance services.
- Provide continuity of client/customer operations and high levels of client/customer satisfaction.
- Manage client/customer incidents as assigned.
- Build working relationships with QikPod clients and develop informal communication channels with client account at the local level.
Desired Skills :
- Bachelor degree or Diploma in Electronics with experience in technical service of any of ATM, Electronics, Electro-Mechanical, satellite dish company (Tata Sky), fridges, washing machines, or Automated Equipment and/or devices.
- Should have strong technical field service experience which includes hardware maintenance, installation, repair, up gradation, network management, multi-vendor maintenance and software support.
- Should have valid experience in inspecting and testing electronic equipment and assembling, diagnosing and locating circuit, component and various other equipment faults.
- Should have successfully completed work orders and provided maintenance reports.
- Freshers also can apply with having strong electronics knowledge and good attitude towards work .
- Candidate must have his own 2 wheeler with legal driving license, be willing to travel locally extensively from morning to evening and also work weekends (in which case another weekday will be given off).
