QikPod - Senior Manager - Technical Operations (7-8 yrs)
- Launch, manage pan India QikPod locker network roll out
- Plan resources, recruit and manage the team of Field Service Engineers and Customer Care Executives.
- Develop network workflow and SOP for all customer/locker sites.
- Provide adequate technical training and coaching to the team on full cycle of locker deployment including shipping the locker from warehouse to assembling, installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, upgradation along with customer support.
- Coordinate and interact with vendors for locker movements from manufacturing units to QikPod warehouses.
- Schedule frequent inspections, preventative maintenance and upgradation of lockers across sites.
- Prepare reports on locker network operations, locker deployment logs and engage with management for continuous improvement.
Desired Skills :
- Graduation with a minimum of 7+ years of experience in managing the network of operations for any of the electronics products like ATMs, CCTVs, appliances/washing machines/;refrigerators, water purifiers, photocopier/printers, electronic medical equipment etc.
- Should be currently managing a robust team of Field/Technical Service Engineers.
- Should have hands-on experience in servicing electronic products including assembling, installing, maintaining, troubleshooting and upgradation.
- Should have strong fundamental knowledge of electronics engineering.
- Preferably a bachelors in engineering, otherwise 10+ years experience
- Willing to travel across India for up to 1 week - 10 days for each trip
