Job Title : Quality Control Supervisor

Department : Quality control/Quality Assurance

Job Description :

- Self-motivated individual with knowledge, experience and skills on Food safety and standards to work as a quality control supervisor

- Implementation of Quality Management system and ensure full compliance to Food safety Policy, organization chart,verification activity and pre-requisite program.

- Strengthen compliance of ISO and HACCP standard along with regulatory requirements of FSSAI(Food safety and standards Authority of India)in the organization

- Support management to effectively conduct Management review meeting, HACCP plan, Product Flow chart review, Quality Review, gap assessment for changes in regulatory requirements.

- Ensure implementation of effective complaint vigilance process. Lead the periodic review of complaints and maintain records of corrective action for customer complaints

- Lead preparedness in conducting Internal audits, Hygiene audits in the facility/stores. Actively participate in the external Regulatory / Health Authority Inspections

- Develop and implement supplier approval program and audit/inspection on all raw material, packaging, chemicals and service providers and compliance of regulatory standards in the organization.

- Create Training modules related to Food safety and have the ability to conduct training to personals handling food in the stores/counter.

- Periodic inspection on deli counters stores and implementation of Hygiene policy and review of the same.

Food Processing QA Related Technique :

- ISO standards

- HACCP technique.

- FSSAI regulation and standard

- Sensory evaluation of meat.

- Has experience in the Meat / Food Processing Industry.

- Excellent Verbal and written communication in English and other Indian languages.

Qualification, Experience & Requirement :

- Minimum 1 - 3 years of experience in Chilled / Frozen Food / Meat Industry.

- Bachelor / Master Degree in Food Technology OR Dairy Technology OR Biotechnology
