Quality Assurance Head - Leading Steel Industry (15-20 yrs)
Main Purpose of the Job :
- Implementation of Quality Assurance (QA) system in order to confirm that the right quality of material goes to the customer.
- Maintain all the calibration records and MSA.
- Responsible for Process & Product Audits. Key Accountabilities
Process Control :
1. Conduct Process Audits and monitor the deviations.
2. Drive DM and improvement projects for achieving Quality objective.
3. Preparation of Reports for all improvement activities.
4. Investigation by using 7 QC Tools for deviations.
Improvement Initiatives :
- Drive improvements through various projects and initiatives Implementation for any improvement plan
- Handling Customers
Rejections & Relations :
- Regular Customer visits and taking action to reduce customer complaints .
- Do complaint analysis and plan for corrective action implementation at shop floor Data collection, analysis for customer rejection and customer complaints
Quality Objectives :
- Derived to ensure that implementation of quality objectives on shop floor helps achieving the desired objectives
- Decision on non conformance product with planning department
- Documentation of daily management and MSA
- Monthly report for quality assurance
- Manage QMS deliver
- People Development - Ensure training for finishing the training of contract employees and all related compliance
- Process Trials - Take trials through change management system and implement the new change with proper documentation & communication
