Reporting To - Project Manager

Location - Noida / Greater Noida

CTC - 6-8 LPA as per experience / industry norms

Position open for immediate joining.

Working days - monday to Saturday

Exp : 4-5 Years

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a talented Quality Assurance & Quality Control (QA/QC) Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ensuring the quality and compliance of interior execution projects, along with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence. Experience in execution of tile work, stone work, carpentry work, MIT, MTC, TESTINGS etc

Role/ Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

- Conduct inspections and audits of materials, workmanship, and installations throughout the project lifecycle.

- Identify and resolve quality issues promptly, collaborating with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders as needed.

- Maintain accurate documentation of QA/QC activities, including inspection reports, non-conformance reports, and corrective action plans.

- Monitor and evaluate subcontractors' performance to ensure adherence to quality standards and project requirements.

- Provide guidance and training to project teams on quality management best practices and procedures.

Qualification : Education, Experience, others

- Education - Graduate / PG

- Proven experience in tendering and cost estimating within the interior execution industry.

- - Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and pricing.

- - Proficiency in estimating software and MS Office Suite.

- - Excellent analytical and negotiation skills.

- - Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
