Job Description :
Basic Qualification : B.Tech (Mechanical)/ DME with first class
- 6to 8 years with BE and 9 to 11 years with DME, in the field of Heavy Equipment or Automotive Engine Design / Agricultural Equipment design CAD Tool Knowledge
- Must be experienced in creation and evaluation of production drawings
- Must have experience in using a 3D CAD tool on a regular basis and using Creo is added advantage
- Experienced in application of GD&T with ASME Y 14.5 standards
- Should have a good understanding and experience in manufacturing process (sheet metal, casting, forging, plastics and welding etc.)
- Experience in review and comprehension of international drawing methodologies, practices is a plus
- Exposure to Heavy engineering design standards and automotive components and ability to read and interpret complex drawings
- Have a good understanding of quality process
- Good communication skills both written and oral
- Good presentation skills
- Good team player
Roles and responsibilities :
1. Review of the project deliverables.
2. Interaction with project team internally and customer during review of the project deliverables.
3. Preparation of best practices and share across the teams as part of quality improvement.
4. Preparation of quality metrics.
