Job Title: LED Lighting- Quality Control
Job Description:
- Exposure of In-process / Receipt Quality Control, final quality, BIS
- Having good exposure of domestic LED Lighting.
- Knowledge of BIS testing & Documentation.
- Responsible for overall Quality and Inspection
- Exposure of Vendor Development Activities & up gradation
- To oversee & guide Quality Control independently
- Working exposure in QA/QC in Manufacturingnd
- Experience of Inprocess/Receipt Inspection of the component
- Responsible for Quality Process Mapping encompassing WI, PQC, OQC etc.
- Responsible for final Stage Inspection (PDI).
- Implementation of Production plans without any delay & Obstruction with Teem & Individual
- Responsible for Inspection of Raw Material (Electronic Components, Molding Parts all type of LED) & Complete Products.
- Responsible for Internal process & Vender end Audit
- Considering all quality Related proposals in order to instigate the improvement of the quality system & operational procedures.
- Faults Analyzing, its root cause & to ensure full poka-yoke process.
- Knowledge of SPC, PPAP, FMEA & 7 QC Tools
- Monthly Pareto analysis & work on projects to reduce PPM
- Carrying out 5S, Poke- Yoke and kaizen activities for continuous improvement
- Maintaining and updating the Batch Manufacturing Records

- Candidate should be from Lighting industry.
Candidate must be dip/ B.E \B.Tech - Electrical Electronic
- 7 - 15 years of exp.
