Quality Control Head - Food Technology (9-10 yrs)
Mandates :
- Experience of 10 yrs as Production/ Quality Control/ Maintenance in Hospitality / Hotels / Restaurants mandatory.
- Knowledge of FSSAI, ISO 9000/22000 standards.
Education Mandate : Master of Science (M.Sc.)/ Master of Technology (M.Tech.) in Food Technology or Hotel Management mandatory.
Job Description :
- Experience in heading QC/QA department in a dairy manufacturing company .
- Should have experience in Raw material & finished goods testing.
- Should have experience in setting up processes & systems .
- Experience in compilation and analysis of Lab reports & MIS reports.
- Should have knowledge of FSSAI, ISO 9000/22000 standards.
