Quality Control Manager - Chemicals (10-16 yrs)
Designation : Manager
Function/Dept. : Quality Control
Reporting to : Quality Head
Education : M. Sc. - Chemistry
Accountability & Responsibilities :
1. Data Integrity - For standardization, maintenance and calibration of various QC instruments, monitoring of records for RM/PM/FG/in process and its data integrity management
2. Customer Queries (Internal and External) - Responsible for co-ordination with internal customers like production, QA, store for th e in process, raw material, packing material and finished material analysis.
3. Customer Audit/visit - Active involvement during customer audit/visits for the QC functions
4. Training and Development - Train and develop subordinates and team members to use Instruments correctly etc.
5. Analysis Planning - Ensure analytical equipment capacity is optimized an d used to 100% utilization.
- Monitor and ensure routine preventive maintained of quality equipment to reduce downtime.
6. Analysis - Ensure that analysis conducted must be in line with customer specific needs.
7. Release - Verify abnormalities and deviations if any and report the same
8. Documentation - Ensure the analysis process with appropriate archival data; specification m test method preparation is in place to help ensure zero defects.
