Quality Deputy Manager - Mechanical/Metallurgy Engineering (5-7 yrs)
Minimum Preferred Qualification and Experience:
- Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical / Metallurgy with 5 to 7 years of experience in quality assurance
- Certified internal auditor of ISO 9001:2015
- Certified Lean Six Sigma Green belt
- Experienced with joining processes e.g. CD welding, Laser welding, Sintering
Experience :
- Worked closely with customer and supplier to improve product and raw material quality
- Demonstrated proficiency of team development and resource management
- Proven record of accomplishment of establish, implement and maintain quality management system in an organization.
- Demonstrated root cause analysis, problem solving and decision making
- Identified and taken initiative to lead continuous improvement efforts
- Published new development reports and give technical presentation at regular interval on key initiatives.
- Experienced with process, workplace, supplier and ISO audits
- Experienced with management information system
- Experienced with 5s, Kaizen, 7 waste, SPC, Pokayoke, Cost of quality, Lean and Six sigma
Soft Skill :
- Able to work with internal and external interested parties at interpersonal level, effective leadership and teamwork skills.
- Excellent self-initiation, planning, implementation, documentation and communication skills.
