Quality Engineer (5-6 yrs)
Controlling and conducting of Inward material inspection.
Suppliers CAPA review and verification of actions implemented.
Coordinating with related internal departments on supplier related issues.
Interacting with supplier about material quality issue.
Involving in process validation tests.
Supporting for customer inspections.
Compiling quality data and recording of any problem connected with the product quality, as well as process quality.
Control of Monitoring and measuring equipment's.
Monitoring and maintaining of Departmental IMS and other related documents.
Identifying of required Improvements in inward and production process.
Solar Water Heating systems N.C Analysis follow up for the implemented action plans.
Reduction in rejection costs (COPQ Calculation).
Interacting with the customer support team as support of - Customer Service- in regard to complaints, faults detected at the field.
Feed back to Purchase on suppliers quality rating to improve future supplies.
Training the process operators on the product quality on continual basis. conducting Internal audit and Management review meeting
Representing on behalf of Company to BIS, External agencies, representing as
Management Representative to QMS/EMS
Qualified Internal Auditor under EMS and QMS
