Identify the initial Program Quality objectives (0 Km, Warranty and specific customer quality indicators) with the Program manager, built-up the quality management plan and ensure a regular follow-up to achieve these objectives all along the program.

Assess the relevant risks and trigger alert to the appropriate management level if necessary.

- Ensure the use of the appropriate methods and quality standards, like

- Core Tools- APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC,

- PMS-Program Management System, Specific Customer program development system.

- Renault - ASES, AVES, F1, TAGN, RDV, CSR, ANPQP, PCP, CSW, etc.

- Ford - FtN, TCB, Q1, GFCPA, APQP/PPAP Evidence Workbook, APQP Schedule A reporting, Phased PPAP.

- FCA - PIS, QAF, AQR, PPR, FPSC, QRA, QTAF. 

- ISUZU - 1PP, 2PP, Guest Engineering, Co-Check activity.

- PSA - GP12, CSR,

- International Standards & Regulations, etc.

- Leads the relation with Customer Program Quality.

- Has the authority to stop any process or product delivery in case of serious non-conformance (customer expectations or safety and regulations issues,)

- Manages the Quality objectives - including Safety & Regulation, Environmental - such as the PPM, Scrap, including Perceived quality and cascade them to the internal and external suppliers.

- Monitors the objectives achievement through a risk assessment follow up based on FMEA, Special characteristics, capabilities, Tolerance stacks, PPM, etc

- Approves, according to the program milestones, the Design Validation Plan (& checks its completion) established by the Program Development Leader validated by the test engineer.

- Leads the development and production process for measurement, checking and testing fixtures and gauges.

- Defines the control plans

- Is responsible for conformity, perceived quality and traceability of any parts delivered to the customer all along the development phase until Gate 4.

- Initiates and update the Program Risk Assessment. Alert if major risk has no contingency plan

- Prepare and compile the PPAP, PPA files, and supports the Plant Quality Engineer for the submission of the initial samples, including process validation audit.
