Location - Pune
- Site Execution
- Management, Quality control & Billing
- Quality handling
- Quantity Surveying, BBS, Infra Block Budget, BOQ, BOM, Block Estimate, Rate Analysis,
- Project Material Sheet, Block Budgeting, MEP, Tendering Etc.
- Checking & certified contractor invoices on site as per actual on site
- Process invoice on SAP
- Taking JMR & checking JMR with site team & contractors
- Taking JMR for fresh work & processing for work order including department labour
- Co-ordinate with contracts & estimation team regarding work order to give work order ASAP to contractor
- Co-ordinating with several depts. Of company & contractors
- Preparation of checklist for billing .
