Role Description

Quality Engineer will be responsible to support Quality management activities for India and international sites in coordination with Central Quality Management team Organization & Reporting

Key Responsibilities :

- Support Identification of quality management requirements for specific international site

- Requirements collection on specific regulations applicable for country

- Adapt necessary country specific processes

- Process modeling company's management system (International sites) in BIC environment

- Compiling QM documentation, writing reports and support documentation publishing for participation management

- Collection of certification requirements for international sites and Support certification activities for International sites

- Support establishment, operation and continuous improvement of the company's management system and International sites

- Quality assurance support to India projects

- Autonomous implementation of the QM process within the area of responsibility. Planning and monitoring the -effectiveness of the contract-specific QM measures and initiating improvements to the QM process in coordination with the project manager, as well as monitoring compliance with the relevant legal requirements and internal rules.

Specialised knowledge and skills

- Exposure to SDLC methodlogies

- Exposure to Process lanscaping, process modeling using software applications

- Software engineering practices using Agile methodology

- Knowlegde of ISO 9001, AS/EN 9100 desirable

Desirable Functional /Technical Skills

- Exposure to procurement process

Language Skills

- Excellent Communication skills (written & verbal) are mandatory
