Job Description
- The Quality Inspector will be responsible for maintaining and repairing vehicles, handling troubleshooting issues and fixing them aiming to maximize reliability and functionality. He should have a good coordination and manually skilled, well-versed in complex mechanical or electronic systems of vehicles and should have excellent problem-solving abilities.
Responsibilities
- Inspect vehicle engine and mechanical/electrical components to diagnose issues accurately
- Inspect vehicle to repair, maintain and upgrade
- Conduct routine maintenance work (replacing fluids, lubricating parts etc.) aiming to vehicle functionality and longevity
- Schedule future maintenance sessions and advise motorists on good vehicle use
- Repair or replace broken or dysfunctional parts and fix issues
- Provide accurate estimates (cost, time, effort) for a repair or maintenance job
- Keep logs on work and issues
- Maintain equipment and tools in good condition
- Manpower handling and problem solving
Educational Preference
- B. tech/BE (Mechanical & automobile)/Diploma (Mechanical & Automobile) with 5 years of Automobile Experience Is mandatory.
- Work Experience - 2-8 years
- Role - Service/Maintenance Supervisor
