Quality Manager - FMCG (5-10 yrs)
Job Description :
- Determining, negotiating and agreeing on in-house quality procedures, standards and specifications
- Understanding customer quality requirements and ensuring that these are met
- Setting customer service standards
- Ensuring quality requirements of raw materials with suppliers
- Ensuring that organisation processes comply with standards at both national and international level
- Acting as a catalyst for change and improvement in organisation / service / product performance and quality
- Ensuring Measurements, Analysis and identification of opportunities for organisational / product / service improvement.
- Ensuring senior management commitment and on-going reviews to ensure organisation quality objectives are met.
Qualifications required
Essential - Engineering / M. Sc degree holder
More than 10 years of working ; out of which at least 5 years in Quality assurance dIscipline .
Desirable
- Should have led obtaining ISO 9000 / 14000 or other organisation level certification
- Should have worked in Hospitality or any other Service industry.
