Quality Manager - Food Industry (7-16 yrs)
- Development of process standard and certification
- Vendor audits for Raw material supplier for all staples from various locations of Akola, Jalgaon, Indore etc. and farmer audits and inspection of products and giving approvals for export.
- MIS reporting on monthly basis and inform to all stake holders in purchase, supply chain, accounts for supplier ratings, non conformity reporting and action plan for rectification.
- QA functions in product development and packaging material designing and approvals from authorities.
- Global GAP certification and Organic Certification of own farm of company and its SOP implementation.
- Develop HACCP and risk assessment of facility for food grains packing as per regulatory requirement of domestic and export.
- Development of Pack house as per APEDA and BRC requirement for packing of fruits and vegetables.
- Accomplishing external audits for BRC, HACCP, ISO 22000 and Organic NPOP.
- Approving incoming RM & packing material, monitoring supplier quality index for RM/ PM as well as keeping track on vendors approvals.
- Coordinating with external lab for analysis of products as per regulatory requirements.
- Quality rating by ensuring the products comply all quality standards.
- Packaging material development as per product requirement.
- Documenting & updating BRC & QMS as per requirement.
- Analyzing raw materials, finished goods as per specifications.
- Startup of new facility by making the process line set up.
- Validation of new products with requirement
