Quality Manager - Woven Division (Mysore)
Qualification: BE/BTech/Any Graduation
Experience: 10 years of experience in the garment industry, with at least 5 years in a woven division quality management role.
Description:
Quality Management:
- Develop and implement effective quality control processes and procedures of woven division to ensure compliance with international standards and customer requirements.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Team Management: Lead and manage a team of quality control inspectors, able to handle 1200 machines plant, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high-quality performance.
- Customer Satisfaction: Collaborate with customers, buying office to understand their quality requirements and ensure timely resolution of quality issues.
- Process Improvement: Analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and implement process improvements to reduce defects and increase efficiency.
- Compliance and Certification: Ensure compliance with relevant industry and buyers standards, regulations, and certifications.
- Communication and Reporting: Prepare and submit regular quality reports to management and customers. Communicate quality issues and concerns to relevant stakeholders, including management, customers, and suppliers.
