Quality Manager - Packaging Manufacturing Firm (10-15 yrs)
Job Responsibilities
- Efficient and effective functioning of the QAD by supporting process, quality, purchasing and production team for achieving the organization targets.
- Follow up systems and procedures for QAD testing and analysis of Raw Materials in process and Finished Goods.
- To train and update skills of QAD personnel in their quality control activities and lab testing /analysis of test results.
- To participate & co-ordinate for Customer / Vendor Complaints, establishing CAPA and measure effectiveness of implementation.
- Responsible for IMS as MR, Quality Audits, Supplier Audits.
- To be involved in Value engineering and Cost Reduction Programs.
- Should be a Certified Internal auditor.
Working Days: Monday to Saturday Timing: 9:00am to 5:30pm.
Travel on the job: Would be required to travel between Bangalore and Guntur plant.
Reporting To: Chief Operating Officer.
Team reporting into Quality Head: Quality team.
Team size: Bangalore Plant - 10 and Guntur Plant - 4.
Qualification: BE.
Experience: Minimum 10 years industrial experience into Packaging Manufacturing Industry, Paper Industry, Printing Industry, Ceramic Industry, Tiles Industry, Packaging for Plastic Tin Industry.
