Quality Manager for a leading company for there Pharma Division

Reports To Director - QHSE and Food Safety South West Asia

Job Summary / Responsibilities :

- Overall monitoring of QMS/GMP requirements as per IPEC guideline at contract manufacturing site, overseeing contract manufacturing site activities and FIA business quality requirements specific to SWA.

Monitoring the overall QA related activities at the contract manufacturing site :

- To undertake all jobs pertaining to the set and execution of the QMS and GMP systems and ensure that quality of the product is always met.

- Responsible for reviewing, approving documents and records related to QMS, GMP or any other quality systems of the subcontracted products at subcontractor's site.

- Planning and execution of internal audits at sub-contractor site

- Responsible for coordinating with concerned departments of Kerry/ subcontractor for customer complaints, trouble shoots, deviations, change controls etc.

- To work along with subcontractor site in troubleshoots, deviations, investigations, CAPA, root cause analysis, CAPA, customer audits, other regulatory audits like Halal/ Kosher etc.

- To provide updated approved list for all the raw materials/ packing materials.

- To support Internal team like operations, supply chain, sales, RND etc in development of new products and routine work.

- To notify customers regarding any major changes with respect to product, process, site of manufacturing, specification and likewise via change notification.

- To provide response to customer's queries, complaints, concerns, audits observations etc. on a timely manner.

Salary offered - upto 15 LPA
