Job Description
Tasks (Broad) Responsibilities for Quality Supervisor (Ductile iron pipes)
1.To operate the type testing assembly on a regular basis.
2.To operate C value tests and compatibility tests on regular basis.
3. Ensure and monitor the product certifications.
4. To attend customer complaint and resolve them as per situation for ductile iron pipes.
Key Performance Indicators :
i) Ensure successful operation of type testing assembly.
ii) Ensure earliest and perfect resolution of customer complaint.
Autonomy/Authority :
- Area(s) where the position holder is the decision maker: During attending a customer complaint, to be the company representative at the point of time.
- Area(s) where the position holder provides recommendations: Ensure safety and smoothy operation of typetesting equipment's.

Exc eptional characteristics related to the job, e.g. extensive travel time
- Better communication & co-ordination skill
Desirable (NICE TO HAVE):
- Diploma in Mechanical/Metallurgy/Civil along with Computer proficiency Driving digitization project, Statistical analytical knowledge, Knowledge of Type test standards.
Requirements:
Location: Kharagpur
Ctc 3 - 5 lacs
- 2 years of working experience in Ductile iron pipe industries in Quality Control/typetesting.
- Full Time Diploma in engineering from AICTE approved institutions (Mechanical / Production/ Metallurgy/Civil etc)
