Quality Systems Head - QMS & EHS (8-15 yrs)
Job Description :
The opportunity is with a company of repute and we are looking for person from OEM background with experience in
a) Adherence to all certification compliances
b) System requirements audit and close observations
c) Implementation of TQM
d) Document Control for QMS & EHS (Preparation of Documents, Review the document change note, changing documents, maintaining master list, master documents )
e) Internal Auditing for QMS & EHS (Planning of Audits, Scheduling of auditors, Reviewing auditors reports, Refreshing trainings for QMS & EHS)
f) Customer Audits for QMS & EHS ( Preparing audits as per customer questionnaire, coordinating activities for successful audit)
g) Certification Audits for QMS & EHS : (Liasioning with Certification body, Coordination for audit planning, execution, taking reply of NCRs, Review and submission)
h) MRM for QMS & EHS ( Circulating agenda, Data compilation, minutes, release of minutes, follow up for action completion)
i) Imparting Trainings on QMS and EHS related topics
j) Controlling of External Stds Related to QMS & EHS
k) Implementation of EHS Activities : Work Permits, Safety Inspections, Compliance, Safety Month, Env. Month
l) Corporate / Principal Actions for QMS & EHS :(Understand requirements, Preparation, implementation and reporting, Audits, Actions follow up)
Essential for the role are :
- ISO/TS 16949, Internal Auditing for ISO/TS 16949, MS Office,
- Knowledge of Core Tools.
- System knowledge - QMS, EHS, OHSAS, ENMS, TQM, TPM
- GD & T Knowledge, APQP, MSA, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, QC Tools.
- Inspection Techniques & Drawing Reading & Process Knowledge
- Internal Auditing
