Quantity Surveying - Services Works - Construction (7-9 yrs)
Job Description :
- 7 to 9 years working experience and should have exposure to Bill certification in the Construction projects
- Carry out feasibility studies to estimate materials, time and labour costs
- Prepare preliminary project budget & final project budget
- Acquire approval on project budget and provide cost forecast
- Monitor each stage of the project to make sure that costs are in line with forecasts
- Preparation of Tender Documents including Bill of quantities
- Bid Evaluation, Recommendation and Reporting
- Negotiate and draw up bids for tenders and contracts
- Provide financial progress report to clients
- Advise clients on legal and contractual matters
- Any other task assigned by the management
- Assist Project Manager in planning, scheduling, conducting and coordinating the technical and management aspects of projects.
- B E Mechanical/Electrical, associate Degree or equivalent preferred. Prior related experience preferred.
