Quantity Surveyor - Mechanical (7-19 yrs)
Experience: 8+ Years
Reporting To: Construction Manager- SMPP
Competency Requirements:
- Liaising with clients to identify their needs
- Estimating quantities, costs and time scales for material and labour
- Preparation of Invoice based on activities done at site.
- Preparation of Re-Conciliation reports.
- Ensuring projects meet legal and quality standards
- Advising on the rework costs of specific project.
- Following building regulations and health and safety
- Analytical thinking skills.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Area of experience required: Copper & Cobalt Mining Construction Projects
