RAMS Engineer - Safety Management (8-10 yrs)

Job Description :


- Implementing RAMS processes and methodologies to enhance the overall performance and safety products and services.

- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including design engineers, project managers, and safety authorities, to integrate RAMS considerations throughout the project lifecycle.

- Conduct comprehensive RAMS analysis for systems, including reliability predictions, failure mode effects and criticality analysis (FMECA), fault tree analysis (FTA), and hazard analysis.

- Evaluate the impact of design changes on RAMS parameters and provide recommendations for improvements.

- Develop and maintain RAMS documentation, including RAMS plans, safety cases, hazard logs, and reliability reports.

- Ensure compliance with relevant standards, safety regulations, and industry best practices.

- Identify and assess potential risks associated with systems, including safety hazards, operational risks, and reliability concerns.

- Implement risk mitigation strategies and monitor the effectiveness of risk controls.

- Participate in safety review meetings and provide expertise on RAMS matters.

- Develop and implement reliability testing programs to validate system performance and identify weaknesses.

- Conduct training sessions to raise awareness of RAMS principles and practices among project teams.

- Provide guidance and support to ensure the understanding and implementation of RAMS requirements.

- Evaluate feedback and lessons learned from previous projects to drive continuous improvement in RAMS processes and methodologies.

- Stay abreast of industry developments and emerging technologies to enhance RAMS practices.
