Required : BE. Mechanical-Freshers

Location : Pune

Bond : 3 years

Job Description : Learn IMOS Software in stipulated time.

- Apart from Imos learn new presentation softwares.

- Planning, presentation, layouts /drawings, of Kitchens, Home, Office Institutional Furniture.., 

- Also Designing & data generation of office and domestic products.

- Co-ordination visiting sites & follow up till the final stage and costing.

- Should be able to work in retail environment with retail timings and sales targets. 

- Design Training & development for new members & Retail Store team.

Client/Site Handling :

- Handling walk-in clients/customer at allotted sites.

- Explain modular kitchen, concept home, office and other products.

- Understand clients- requirement and arrange for site visit.

- Based on site visit & clients requirement, design the kitchen.

- Closing a deal by finalizing the design, quotation and receiving payment.

- Must assure high quality customer service and client satisfaction.

Preparation of Drawing :

- Understand customer needs regarding elements of design (size, material, finishes, and construction) of products and effectively satisfy the requirements.

- Planning, Preparing Working Drawings, Presentation, Concept planning, Sending data to Head Office /Factory.

- Send drawings to customers for confirmation.

- Should adhere to time lines for delivery within stipulated time.

- Coordinating with product designer regarding product details.

- At least 10 days before the delivery commitment report to Department Head about the status of work, progress and involve finalization.

- Properly maintain all records about drawings, measurements, follow ups, communication in writing.

- Keep complete communication with colleagues from the order finalization upto assembly at the site, all the points discussed and finalized should be in writing for future reference.

Site Execution : 

- Site Visit for measurement, execution. 

- Coordination with clientele, performing

- Design Correctness Check- at the site on periodical basis.

- You shall be assigned any additional responsibilities or shall be relieved from discharging certain responsibilities as per the need and policy of the Company. 

- You shall also have to carry such incidental & connected duties as may be required in the interest of carrying out the jobs efficiently.
