Looking for Design Head for Hybrid/electrical Automobile R&D Company based in Bangalore.
1. 2 Wheeler R&D/ Design Head
- Looking for Head R&D and Design Engineer for a manufacturing unit at Bangalore with minimum 15 to 18 years of experience working with any 2 wheeler manufacturing company.
- Should have done BE or above in Mechanical Engineering
- Should have done Prototype designing.
- Hands on experience in Designing, should Lead the entire design team with independent solutions in designing.
- Strong leadership skills
- Age no bar
- Responsible for complete product development cycle including market research, bench marking, project definition, concept design, prototype development, testing and validation & going to mass production meeting the deadlines, budgets and targets of the project defined by the company in advance
- Identification & solving of various production & service complaints during new launch prepare design guidelines & DFMEA of the electric power train parts and vehicle components
- Create and maintain accurate and current documentation of tool drawings, design concepts and orders, in accordance with the Product Development and Quality Assurance functions
- Strong knowledge of ISO standards
