R&D Engineer - Hardware Design (2-15 yrs)
1. R&D Hardware Design Engineer
- Work with Business and Design lead to understand the requirements.
- Create requirements to architecture.
- Work with innovative technology like LiFi.
- Improve architecture to meet specs while working with various development team.
- Design and develop test circuits to PCBs, Components selections and board bring up.
- Able to evaluate design (Analog circuits), create mathematical models and simulations. Able to work with high end DSO, DMM, Arbitrary function generators etc.
- In depth Research and development.

- Good technical depth in analog design.
- Good technical depth in digital design, MCU, FPGA, DSP.
- Passionate about solving problems.
- Good understanding about different programing languages like embedded C, Verilog.

2. R & D Embedded Software Engineer
- Work with Business and Design lead to understand the requirements.
- Create requirements to architecture.
- Work with innovative technology like LiFi.
- Design and implement software of embedded device and systems from requirements to production.
- Work with various MCU, MP and DSP systems.
- Design, develop, code, test and debug system software.
- Review and optimise design.
- Analyse and enhance efficiency, stability and scalability of system resources.
- Interface with hardware and design development.
What do we expect from you? :
- Good technical depth in various MPU/MP architecture and DSP concepts.
- Good technical depth in digital design, MCU, FPGA, DSP.
- Critical thinker and passionate about solving problems.
- Good programming experience in C, C++, Assembly language.
- Familiarity with software configuration management tools, defect tracking tools, and peer review.
- Excellent knowledge of OS and coding techniques.
- Knowledge of different protocols, interface and hardware subsystems.

Preferred Skills/Experience:
- 0-10 years of experience in Embedded/DSP/RTOS based designs.

3. R & D FPGA Engineer:
- Work with Business and Design lead to understand the requirements.
- Create requirements to architecture.
- Work with innovative technology like LiFi.
- Design real-time digital signal processing systems using FPGAs.
- Work on FPGA development and systems engineering.
- Develop and carry out hardware and firmware tests.
- Perform system verification and validation to ensure efficiency, reliability and compatibility.
What do we expect from you? :
- Good technical depth digital design and DSP concepts.
- Good technical depth in various FPGA, DSP hardware's.
- Good technical depth in digital communication.
- Critical thinker and passionate about solving problems.
- Good programming experience in Verilog, VHDL, C.

- Excellent knowledge of Verilog (preferred) coding techniques.
