R&D Lead - Snack Food (5-10 yrs)

ROLE :
- Drive product development end to end: concept, product formulations, iterations with consumers, making it launch ready and even managing production of early few batches.

- No frustrations of waiting years to have your efforts see the light of day. We are looking at piloting/ launching two product lines every 6 months.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
1. New Product Development & Innovation :
- Product formulation, recipe and flavour creation, ensuring product taste and nutritional considerations
- Create raw ingredients sourcing and quality specs, ensuring stability for processing and output quality
- Setup of production process, create SOPs and output product specifications
2. Manufacturing tie-ups :
- Identification and on-boarding of manufacturing, packaging and flavouring partners
- Work on packaging innovation and technology
3. Production Quality : Audit suppliers and manage internal audits; Monitor QA & FSSAI norms
