Job Description :

1. The incumbent candidate should be a good Organic Chemist and Polymer Chemist with adequate experience in the development of PPDs/Viscosity Index Improvers/ Demulsifiers/Corrosion Inhibitor, etc.

2. He should have hands on experience in Free Radical Catalytic Polymerization, Various types of esterification, reverse engineering techniques, etc.

3. He should be conversant with modern Instrumental analysis techniques as well as Interpretation of results.

4. He should have sufficient experience of customer visit for problem solving, demonstration & convincing.

5. He should have the capacity & knack for discussing with Senior Officers of the customer's place for collecting market trends & commercial information which are important for the development of the business.

6. The candidate will develop a team members to higher levels of achievement within a fixed time frame.

Desirables :

- Able to handle New RDL Projects.

- Able to Handle Customers for New product demonstration.

- Able to align Corporate performance objectives with concern for people

- Proactive approach and can-do" attitude

Salary : INR 8,00,000 - 10,00,000 P.A.
